v0.1.4 Fixed bugs and more

This update was mainly just to fix the last update.
There will still probably be some bugs, lmk in a post or on discord.
- Fixed packet overflow detection breaking the entire game (wups)
- Fixed weird animation bug that caused your player to be sideways on the server
- Equip animation now play on other clients
- Added HookEnum.RoundStartEvent and HookEnum.RoundEndEvent
- Moved HookEnum.PlayerNetworkUpdate hook to NetvarReadDelta so you don't miss a network update
- Updated HookEnum.PlayerNetworkUpdate hook notes
- Moved the README folder to the main directory
